I wear a lot of pale pink, it’s one of my favourite colours. Recently I’ve been wearing the Stardust Earrings in Gold Glitter/Blush now the spring weather has finally arrived.

1. The Lovers – Union, Desire, Joy – Two Canadian geese are mates for life, traveling partners with an expansive sky. The lovers card is a welcome sight in any reading, as it suggests a beautiful and strong relationship on the horizon. Yes you’ll experience all the thrills of desire and romance, but meanwhile you will be building a solid foundation together. The lovers honour and respect each other, and with that they can go anywhere. If you’re already in a relationship, it’s time to be grateful and nourish this rare and precious gem. It also stands for attraction of any kind, not only the romantic variety and for any venture requiring harmony, union, and cooperation. The lovers card can also represent temptation or a big choice. If you are faced with a major decision, trust your higher guidance to find the right path. Lean towards the choice that feels most like ‘love’. It also represents inner union, the balance of divine feminine and masculine energies within us. A loving committed union with another can increase’s ones understanding of life, creation and renewal, bringing both parties closer to their soul self and one with the divine. 2. Seven of Swords – Secrecy, Self-Interest – A secret is being kept. You’re either the keeper or the kept-from and it’s time to identify which. Face the cause of secrecy or risk ostracising yourself. This is traditionally the card of theft and deceit. Its also a sign of someone acting alone…like a stealthy fox entering a henhouse undetected. A hidden agenda. Has someone been deceiving you? Have you been deceiving yourself from your own truth? Whatever obstacles you face requires your mind to act in union with your heart. This card brings a time-out to reflect on what is important to you. Most importantly, this card can symbolise going it alone. You are ready to discard all external input that has been clouding your judgement and influencing your decisions and simply begin doing life your way, no longer being controlled by another person or social conditioning.

3. Strength – Mastery of Emotions – It’s common to think this card as the roaring, devouring side of the lion. But look again – the ‘strength’ this card suggests is a much deeper force that’s found within. The lion represents our most patient, composed self. He’s a master of focus, compassion and self-control. When this card comes up, you’re in need of harnessing this power for yourself. All the courage you need can be found in the muscle known as the heart. Strength symbolises the confidence that arises when we take responsibility for our own problems, taking matters into our own strong capable hands. When have you found yourself in a situation where it was better to take a firm but sensitive approach? You were channeling the energy of this card. This is the inner strength and wisdom to do the right thing, even if it seems difficult. It’s also a symbol of ‘taming the inner demons’ The strength card is a number 8 – the number of infinity, abundance and manifestation.
