DELIVERY INFORMATION

Lady Fox delivers throughout Australia using StarTrack and Australia Post.

Australian orders over $100 will qualify for free regular delivery.

Australian orders under $100 will be charged $8 for regular delivery or $10 for express delivery.

International orders will be charged a rate applicable to that country. We currently ship to New Zealand, USA, UK and Europe.

All orders will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 12pm and after that time next business day.

Pre-order items will be shipped at the time mentioned in the product description or communicated directly to the customer as updated. Other items ordered at the same time will be shipped at the time of pre-order item arrives unless you request to have it sent earlier. Please state in the comments.

TRACKING QUERIES

Australia – Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your parcel. If you live in WA please allow up to 7 days as we ship from Melbourne. To track your order please email us [email protected] with your name, contact number and order ID.

International – Although most arrive quicker, please allow up to 14 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order please email us [email protected] with your name, contact number and invoice number.

RETURNS

Lady Fox offers exchange or credit note within 14 days of the shipping date. FULL PRICED items can be returned within this timeframe for store credit. Product must be returned in as-new condition, with all tags attached and NOT worn. In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer change of mind returns on pierced jewellery. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these terms are not met.

You pay the cost of returning any goods to us. If the item is faulty we will refund you the postage to return the item.

Upon return of your original item, we will issue you with a store credit that you can use towards the purchase of the new style online. This credit can only be used online, not with any Lady Fox stockist.

Credit is valid for three (3) months from the date of issue.

No exchange on SALE ITEMS.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery, however if you do receive faulty goods please contact us immediately via RETURNS FORM, email [email protected]. We will only accept faulty goods returned in proper condition as set out below.

We will only accept returns of full priced goods in the following circumstances:

1.We receive the goods within seven (14) days from the date the goods were received by you.

2. The original tags and packaging has not been removed.

3. The goods have not been worn, used, or damaged.

4. In the case of faulty goods, no attempt has been made to repair the goods.

5. In the case pierced earrings, returns will only be accepted if the goods are faulty. We will not accept returns for change of mind.

6. A returns authorisation number has been issued.

Provided the goods are returned to us in accordance with the above, we will we will give you a refund or store credit equivalent to the price of the goods purchased.

Faulty goods will need to be assessed by our staff and/or the manufacturer. In accordance with Consumer Affairs, where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred within a reasonable time frame.

Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of some wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please note the care instructions on your Lady Fox swing tag and website to make sure your beautiful jewellery/handbag is looked after carefully.

Tips on sending the perfect return package:

Send via Express/Parcel Post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.

Note your RA number on the package for proper and timely handling and processing.

Include a completed RA form with the merchandise. Otherwise processing will be delayed.

Package your return carefully, with bubble wrap and in original packaging, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
